Children's Books
Doing an art project alongside the reading of a book is a great way to encourage the imagination stimulated by the book to run wild. For instance, elementary are children might enjoy making pom pom spiders and yarn webs after reading Charlottes Web, whilst preschool children would enjoy making pom pom caterpillars and foot print butterflies after reading The Hungry Caterpillar by Mary Pope Osbourne.
